Born Beverly Louise Neill at Buffalo’s Millard Fillmore Hospital, Blake studied under Jane Keeler at the Studio Theatre School before launching her career. Though best known for her 19-year run as Miss Kitty on “Gunsmoke,” she began her journey as a performer in Buffalo’s theater community.
